DONATION-BASED MOMMY + ME is for mothers & their non-walking babies.  Enjoy yoga in a safe, supportive environment while learning postures and exercises specifically suited to new mothers and babies. This post-natal class focuses on helping new moms regain core strength and relieve, stretch, and strengthen tired arms, backs, and shoulders. Not just an exercise class for moms, this is a fun-loving class that utilizes yoga postures designed to encourage your baby's development. Each class is filled with calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and help baby sleep longer, digest better and grow stronger. Suggested $10 donation.

The concepts and exercises that Jennifer learned were immediately applicable in her own body. She practiced them to support her own healthy pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum experience.
