Managing Anxiety During Pregnancy

Anxiety during pregnancy is more common than thought. Bodily changes are obvious but with anticipation of labor, delivery and becoming a parent anxiety often becomes part of the process. Learn how to recognize, address and reduce anxiety through breathing and guided visualization techniques.

Susan Desmarais is a counselor who specializes in working with women and families who experience miscarriage, neonatal death, medical termination of pregnancy, and stillbirth. After Susan retired from working as a bereavement counselor, she chose to offer this specialty, as it is dear to her heart.
