Staying active is an essential part of a healthy pregnancy and may encourage an easier and faster postpartum recovery. Group exercise classes also provide an opportunity to connect with other expectant parents.

Whether this is your first baby or your fifth we will introduce functional movements, begin to heal physically, and connect with other women on the same journey. Infants and toddlers are welcome to join their mamas.

Jennifer loves to empower women using the Pilates Method. While pregnant with her second son, she traveled to California to study prenatal and postpartum Pilates. The concepts and exercises that Jennifer learned were immediately applicable in her own body. She practiced them to support her own healthy pregnancy, delivery, and post-partum experience.
