Yoga, Pilates & BirthFit
Staying active is an essential part of a healthy pregnancy and may encourage an easier and faster postpartum recovery. Group exercise classes also provide an opportunity to connect with other expectant parents.

Mom and Baby yoga is for mothers & their non-walking babies(6 weeks +). Enjoy yoga in a safe, supportive environment while learning postures and exercises specifically suited to new mothers and babies. This post-natal class focuses on helping new moms regain core strength and relieve, stretch, and strengthen tired arms, backs, and shoulders. Not just an exercise class for moms, this is a fun-loving class that utilizes yoga postures, music and playful movement that is designed to encourage your baby's development. Each class is filled with calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and help baby sleep longer, digest better and grow stronger. No yoga experience is necessary.

Martha’s Vineyard Mamas, join us for an hour devoted to reconecting with your postpartum body. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth we will introduce functional movements, begin to heal physically, and connect with other women on the same journey. Infants and toddlers are welcome to join their mamas.
I work in several different modalities (massage, teaching restorative yoga and crystal meditation) that combine to foster and nurture healing and wellness. I have been fortunate to work with many pregnant women and Mamas over the years and always feel honored to be a part of their self care practices.

Jennifer loves to empower women using the Pilates Method. While pregnant with her second son, she traveled to California to study prenatal and postpartum Pilates. The concepts and exercises that Jennifer learned were immediately applicable in her own body. She practiced them to support her own healthy pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum experience.
